Grant opportunities from our Community Opportunity Fund, including our new Transformation Grant, will be held as a separate grant round opening November 6, 2023. This funding will be focused on three strategic areas of investment: Opportunity, Resilience and Belonging. These partnering opportunities will serve to center our interdependence, uplifting the well-being of all people, our community and our environment.
