Noah Farr

At age 36, Noah Farr returned to school. His work ethic, paired with an Opportunity to Rise Scholarship from the Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation, led to a debt-free education.

Beginning in the civil engineering program at Lake Superior College, Farr reached for an advanced degree in land surveying at St. Cloud State University. He gained confidence and knowledge about the value of scholarships.
