A New Name, The Same Commitment

We're changing our name! Here's what you need to know.

This spring, we’re unveiling a new name that better reflects who we are, where we work, and the impact we’re making across northeastern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin.

As our partnerships and focus have grown, we’ve heard again and again that our current name no longer reflects the scale or spirit of our work. That’s why we’re rebranding—to more clearly express our deep roots in the North, our commitment to equity, and our role in a thriving ecosystem of communities.

What’s not changing? Our mission. We’ll continue connecting people, resources, and ideas to create a future where every community can thrive.

The new name will be officially introduced on May 21, 2025. In the meantime, we know you may have questions, so we’ve gathered answers below for all members of our community.
